This Easter, join us for a joyful three-day Young Performers Club inspired by Matilda — a story bursting with imagination, courage, mischief, and heart.
Designed for children aged 5 to 8, this workshop invites young performers to explore storytelling, drama, singing, and dance through the themes and spirit of Matilda. Using the story as inspiration, children will create original scenes, characters, and moments, alongside fun songs and dances that celebrate bravery, friendship, and finding your voice.
Led by Hannah-Rose and a team of specialist facilitators, children will develop their performance skills in a fun, supportive environment. We won’t be re-enacting the book, film, or stage musical. Instead, children will work together to create their own unique performance journey, inspired by the world of Matilda and shaped by their ideas.
Alongside drama, singing, and dance sessions, children will also get creative with props, costume elements, and set pieces, helping to build the world of the story together. As always at Drama with Hannah-Rose, the days will be packed with games, teamwork, imagination, and plenty of laughter.
Across three exciting days, children will:
✨ Learn songs and dances inspired by Matilda
✨ Create original scenes and characters through drama
✨ Design and make props and costume elements
✨ Build confidence through teamwork, games, and creative play
✨ Share their work in a relaxed final performance for family and friends

Dates: Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th April 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm each day
Cost: £170 per child
Attendance: Drop-off (children only)

Refund Policy
If you plans change, and you are unable to attend a workshop. We will happily give you a full credit voucher when given four week’s notice. This voucher can be used against other workshops and classes. We do not issue refunds.
